Pi up to 200

After a long hiatus, Sean gets back on track in reciting pi, and this week he got up to 200 decimal places (there were some easy patterns in the last 25 digits). Somewhere near the beginning, there's a 'farting' sound, rest assured it wasn't either of us doing the deed, I think that was the sound of one of us moving our chair.

Reciting it slowly makes him forget the numbers, he says. He usually recites it so fast that I can barely tell if he got all the numbers right, but here he slows it down a little, and recites 200 places of pi in just under a minute.

Pi up to 200 decimal places:

*Thud* That's the sound of me fainting dead away...

LOL! Are you sure you're not fainting from Chinese interview preparations?

Oh that. No, that one I'm completely hands off - not able to help, so no stress on my part!

Sean is good lah, how about making him memorise Chinese words instead??

Aiyohhh...I told you before...have never been able to make him memorise a single thing...not times tables, not spelling, and most definitely he will not memorise Chinese. This is the only thing he wants to memorise and it's totally pointless!!

Chope2, I just remembered that after I saw that he could memorise pi, I did manage to make him memorise 2 poems :) The first poem was The Arrow and the Song, quite easy and the second poem was Road Less Travelled. I should find more poems for him to memorise, hmmm, maybe Chinese ones?? Yikes!

Sean is such a handsome kid. If i'm 5 i'd totally go nuts over him (probably follow him everywhr he goes)...

And uh, sometimes I can't even remember my own house phone number (only 10 digit hor)... and there you are saying "there were some easy patterns in the last 25 digits" - Pfftttt!

Handsome? Aiyoh, you need to go Spec Savers is it?

When I say easy patterns to remember, I mean easy for him, not for me! I only remember 9 decimal places of pi!
